After you install

  1. Allow tracking

On macOS, setup asks for the Accessibility permission. Windows needs no extra step. FocusNow reads the app name, window title and the site's domain, never your screen or keystrokes.

  2. Pick your role

Choose your role so the AI daily report speaks your language. You can change it later in Settings.

  3. Work as usual

Open the Focus page to start a session, or just keep working and look at your day this evening.
