Timecards and billing

• Timecards: log hours with a timer, by hand, or from a day's tracked activity records, with time ranges, overlap warnings and CSV export
• Projects, clients, tasks and tags, with rates per project or task in any currency
• Billing: a ready-to-bill queue per client, work statements with rounding and per-entry pricing, and locking so a billed entry can't change underneath its statement
• Reports: a new page for timecard reports, with amounts grouped per currency
• Focus is now the home view, with explicit session controls, a today strip with your Focus Score, and the active task on the timer
• Focus Music: radio stations and background noise in the top bar, with an option to play only during focus sessions
• Analytics is renamed to Productivity
• The AI daily report now explains why a report couldn't be generated instead of showing a generic error
